Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Daily Grand Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from participating in this contest.

Contest Operation

The Daily Grand Contest is operated by the Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society under AGLC Raffle Licence #726554.

Contest is subject to all AGLC regulations and requirements
All decisions regarding the contest are final
Contest may be modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Be a legal resident of Canada
Not be an employee or immediate family member of the Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Ticket Purchases and Payments

All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
Payment must be received before tickets are valid for draws
Fraudulent purchases will result in disqualification
We reserve the right to limit ticket purchases per person

Prize Claims and Distribution

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at time of entry
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
Winners may be required to sign additional documentation
Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner
Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted

Limitation of Liability

The Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in this contest, except as required by law. Participants agree to hold harmless the organization from any claims related to contest participation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
